In April 2025, the comprehensive overhaul project of the second phase of Huizhou Petrochemical of China National Offshore Oil Corporation was fully launched. As the main contractor for the valve maintenance contract of this overhaul project, Huo You Hanwei undertook the maintenance tasks of valves with a diameter of DN300 and below. The valve maintenance included offline and online valves. This valve maintenance involved multiple unit systems of the facility and a tight schedule, with high technical requirements. Facing challenges such as a short overhaul window period and complex working conditions, the company quickly formed a special攻坚team. From scheme formulation, personnel allocation to on-site execution, the entire process strictly followed standardized procedures, meticulously prepared, scientifically organized, and made adequate preparations in advance. Quality, progress, and safety were regarded as the core control targets, and a scientific plan and meticulous execution were used to build a guarantee line.
In terms of quality control, the company has established a specialized team led by experienced technical experts. They have developed personalized maintenance plans based on the specific working conditions of different device valves. From valve disassembly, component inspection, to sealing surface repair, assembly and debugging, each step strictly follows industry standards and the technical specifications of CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical. This ensures that the repaired valves are stable and reliable, laying a solid foundation for the long-term stable operation of the devices.
In terms of progress guarantee, the "map-based operation" model is implemented. We proactively communicate with the client and all construction units in advance, clearly defining the time nodes for the entire process of valve disassembly, transportation, maintenance, and reinstallation. We rationally allocate human resources and equipment resources to ensure efficient maintenance work. At the same time, a progress tracking team is established, and daily meetings are held to review the progress of the day and coordinate to solve bottlenecks. Through precise planning control and efficient execution, we successfully shortened the time for key processes and successfully achieved early delivery.
In terms of safety management, we always adhere to the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost". Given the frequent and numerous cross-operation scenarios at the site, we conduct specialized safety training for all participants, enhancing their ability to identify risks and handle emergencies. We strictly implement the operation permit system, provide sufficient safety protection equipment, conduct safety technical briefings before each workday, and assign dedicated personnel to inspect the implementation of safety measures throughout the process. This ensures that there are no safety accidents throughout the maintenance process, thus establishing a "safety barrier" for the project's progress.
